Returns

Non sale unworn items can be returned within 14 days of the receipt of the package for reimbursement by method of payment. Please send an email explaining the reason for return to info@carltonjonescollection.com

Once your unworn return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your  item and confirm it's eligibility. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will  be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  5 business days.

Exchanges for sizes or other items are permitted within 14 days of receipt .

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
